Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DEFYR, which is operated by James Richardson. By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using DEFYR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subscriptions
DEFYR may offer paid subscriptions that unlock premium content, features, wallpapers, widgets, reminders, assessments, or other app functionality. Available subscription plans, prices, trial periods, promotional offers, and included features are shown in the app or on the App Store before purchase.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Apple Billing
Purchases are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Apple handles payment processing, renewal notices, cancellation tools, refunds, taxes, and billing support according to Apple's policies. DEFYR does not control Apple's billing systems and does not receive your full payment card information.
Intellectual Property
DEFYR, including its app design, branding, text, graphics, wallpapers, software, features, and other content, is owned by DEFYR or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use DEFYR only for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Acceptable Use
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell DEFYR.
- Do not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of DEFYR.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscriptions, entitlements, or access controls.
- Do not use DEFYR for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not submit support messages or feedback that infringes others' rights.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, fitness, or lifestyle outcomes from using DEFYR. Your use of DEFYR is at your own discretion and risk.
Educational and Motivational Use
DEFYR is intended for motivation, habit building, and personal development. It is not a medical, mental health, psychological, or therapeutic service and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEFYR and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or device issues arising from or related to your use of DEFYR.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to DEFYR if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create risk for other users or the service, or if we discontinue all or part of DEFYR. You may stop using DEFYR at any time. Subscription cancellation must be handled through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of DEFYR after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
