DEFYR is provided by JHRZ, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, operating under the DEFYR brand ("JHRZ," "we," "us," "our," or "DEFYR"). This Privacy Policy explains how DEFYR collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information in connection with the DEFYR mobile app, website, subscriptions, content, reminders, widgets, wallpapers, assessments, and related features.
Information Collected
DEFYR is designed to collect only the information reasonably needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the app. The categories of information collected may include account, support, preference, app usage, device, diagnostics, subscription, purchase status, notification, attribution, and consent information.
Information Provided by Users
Users may provide information when contacting support, submitting feedback, configuring app preferences, or using personalized features. This may include email address, support message content, app settings, preferences saved in DEFYR, and information necessary to provide personalized features within the app.
App Usage Information
DEFYR may process limited app usage information such as app launches, feature interactions, subscription entitlement status, device type, app version, operating system version, crash diagnostics, performance data, and similar technical information. This information helps DEFYR operate the app, fix issues, understand feature performance, and maintain subscription access.
Subscriptions Handled Through Apple
DEFYR subscriptions are handled by Apple and are purchased and billed through the user's Apple ID. DEFYR does not receive or store full payment card numbers. Apple processes payment information, manages billing, handles refunds according to Apple policy, and provides purchase and subscription status information needed to unlock paid features. JHRZ uses trusted third-party service providers to support subscriptions and validate subscription status.
Analytics and Attribution
DEFYR may use third-party analytics and attribution providers to understand app installs, campaign performance, app usage, crashes, and performance. If a user allows tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, limited device information may be used for advertising attribution. Tracking permission can be allowed, denied, or revoked at any time in iOS Settings. DEFYR does not use analytics to collect full payment card numbers or sensitive personal information unrelated to app operation.
Local Notifications
If notifications are enabled, DEFYR may schedule local reminders on the user's device. Local notifications are delivered by the device operating system. Notification permissions can be disabled or changed at any time in iOS Settings.
Local Device Storage
DEFYR may store app preferences, assessment progress, saved content, reminder settings, cached assets, and similar app data locally on the user's device. Local storage helps the app function quickly and remember settings. Removing the app may delete locally stored data from the device.
How Data Is Used

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to DEFYR, subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
No Sale of Personal Information
DEFYR does not sell personal information for money. If any analytics or attribution activity is considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law, users may opt out by denying or revoking tracking permission in iOS Settings or by contacting DEFYR.
Data Retention
DEFYR retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide DEFYR, maintain subscription records, respond to support requests, improve the app, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is processed.
Deletion and User Controls
Users may request deletion of personal information by contacting DEFYR at the email address below. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, for legitimate business purposes, for security, to complete transactions, to maintain subscription records, or to resolve disputes. Users may also control notifications, tracking, and other app permissions through iOS Settings.
Data Security
DEFYR uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information processed through DEFYR. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your Rights
Depending on location, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a privacy decision regarding personal information. To make a privacy request, contact DEFYR at support@lurelog.app.
Do Not Track and App Tracking Controls
Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. DEFYR does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. App tracking choices are handled through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and iOS Settings.
Children's Privacy
DEFYR is not intended for children under 13, and DEFYR does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child has provided personal information to DEFYR, contact DEFYR so appropriate action can be taken.
Changes to This Policy
JHRZ may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, the effective date above will be updated and additional notice may be provided where required by law. Continued use of DEFYR after an update means the revised policy applies.
